Called Electroteck on a Saturday at 4 pm because of strong burning smell being emitted from my electrical Panel. Christian and Zac were there within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, electrical fire, and the power had to be turned off. They returned on Monday at 1 pm with the required material and worked until 2 am nonstop. Thanks to them we were able to reestablish electrical power and hearting to my rental building. They were both very courteous and professional in their work. Very responsable people. Answered my call and based on my information, advised me to call Hydro in order to obtain a case reference number to make sure that if the problem is on their end that I would not be responsable for the emergency call. Upon receiving this info, came to my residence within 20 minutes, determined that it was on Hydro side and made the necessary call directly to them and followed up with me to advise that Hydro would be there within the hour.Very professional people, I highly recommend them

We contacted Electroteck when we experienced an emergency at our home on a Friday night. A huge tree fell in our backyard and when it fell on the hydro wires, the electrical connection was ripped out of the wall. There was extensive damage that required repairs on the outside and inside of the house - including replacement of the panel and other parts.. Hydro Quebec came to disconnect our power and advised us to call an electrician who could provide emergency service - hopefully on the weekend.
