Called Electroteck on a Saturday at 4 pm because of strong burning smell being emitted from my electrical Panel. Christian and Zac were there within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, electrical fire, and the power had to be turned off. They returned on Monday at 1 pm with the required material and worked until 2 am nonstop. Thanks to them we were able to reestablish electrical power and hearting to my rental building. They were both very courteous and professional in their work. Can't thank them enough for saving the day on a short notice and especially in minus 20 temperatures. Thank you for the rapid service. Christian delivered as promised. Unlike others who would have left my 8 plex in the dark while they found the time. Thank you once again Christian and ZAC!
Wasn't getting full electrical power in my home. Called and the issue was resolved within 90 minutes. Friendly and efficient service. Very reasonable pricing. Christian even shoveled my stairs for me.
We had a power failure during the very cold weekend, Called Hydro Quebec who told us to call an electrician. We called Electroteck and a couple of hours later Christian showed up , checked outside first, did a couple of tests and determined the issue was a Hydro Quebec problem as we were only receiving one phase just 110-120.
He called Hydro explained the issue and they agreed with his conclusion and would send a repair crew, a few hours later all power was restored. The service was quick, efficient and friendly, Thank you
