Pétrole Léger inc. provides excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The installation team is composed of nice, helpful, and pleasant fellows. Although occasional issues may arise, the office staff, such as Victoria, work to resolve problems efficiently, and technicians like Patrick provide knowledgeable and bilingual service.
Pétrole Léger has provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. Nick Papadopoulos took the time through three different calls to walk us through the process and ensure that our installation of the propane tank, the line, the range conversion and the start of the fireplace would go smoothly. His patience and professionalism convinced me that I had made the right choice to go with Léger as opposed to competitors.
The technicians Félix and Colby also conducted themselves very professionally and were very meticulous in their work to ensure that everything was installed properly and aesthetically.
I recommend to do business with Léger.
Just had a new furnace installed and the work was excellent, clean, fast and courteous! I must congratulate Victoria McKenzie for the follow up and the indispensable assistance in filling in all the paperwork! Good thing she was so patient!
