I am retired and live on a fixed income and first my Truck started acting up. $$ Then the love of my life, my little dog somehow hurt his leg and was limping, needed to see a vet $$$ Then my main drain outside for some reason is clogged and now I needed a plumber $$. With trials at times come blessings. I found Ron, good reviews and they said reasonably priced. As soon as he answered his phone and I explained my problem and also my limited income I knew I had found a great guy. He came out and worked on trying to unclog it for about 1 1/2 but he couldn't get through. He explained it takes a bigger machine and his was being repaired at this time. He recommended someone else to help me. When I went to write him a check he told me since he couldn't help me that there would be no charge. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I had found someone to help me. How rare today to find people who actually care about what they do and the people they serve. So it was wonderful to have someone come out who understood my system and took care of it quickly.
