“I visited Aunt Jayne with my dogs today 4/10/24. As I leave this review they are so content resting after their spa day. I waited with my dogs and saw the amazing care they were given with Jayne and Mike. I was allowed to stay with my dogs to try to keep them comfortable, but I know now that I can leave them with Aunt Jayne and they will be okay. Before my appointment I talked to Jayne on the phone and she answered each and every question I had. We were talking for quite some time and she seemed happy to help me with anything I needed. I got recommendations for treats and tooth care because I needed advice. In my opinion Jayne is a small town woman with a small town business and I am happy she is close to home. “We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Ive never boarded a cat however their homes appear comfy, clean, and a lot of window space for the cats to peer out. Go in for a tour and see for yourself!“

“I have taken two of my dogs here for years. The first dog was a vicious little Maltese, who bit everybody. This groomer was the only groomer who would groom him. Andrea was always very sweet with him. He died at the age of 19. My current dog is a 7 pound bichon puppy mill dog who is very nervous. They also do a great job with her.“

“Highly recommend!! I took my dog here last weekend and it was a positive experience all around! My dog is a Jack Russell Terrier and not always happy to have a bath and her nails clipped. Jules, the wonderful lady who took care of our fur baby was amazing! She took time to ask me about our dog, if there was anything she should look out for or avoid. She was so helpful and so kind with our dog. Our dog was so happy and calm after her treatment, she's usually anxious for hours after being at the groomer. I will absolutely be going back to Jules at Woof Gang and would highly recommend her, especially if you have an anxious puppy!“

“My cat accidentally knocked over a candle and stepped in hot wax (I felt terrible!!). I told Elle he should probably get his hind leg shaved and she told me if it were her cat, she would recommend just bathing and only shaving if it were medically necessary. I very much appreciated her knowledge and professionalism in knowing how to help my kitty. She got all the candle wax off and was patient with my grumpy boy (he does not like baths!) and recommended what brush I should use in the future as well as noticing he did have a bit of a burn on his hind leg (again, #CatMomFail). Her attention to detail and care of my cat is why I'll be bringing him back in the future!“
