Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. “Honestly my one dog is so bad at getting his nails cut that other groomers have said sorry we can’t get to his nails he didn’t let us. Theresa, the owner, has never said that. She makes sure she gets them cut and my dog listens to her. She also doesn’t make him bleed like you would think since he is so bad with it. She somehow makes him stay still. Literally thank god for her because without her I wouldn’t have anyone who would cut my dog pacos nails.“

“I had such a great experience at this self dog wash! I came in around 4 after my dog had been running around Frick Park and was super dirty, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming and still took us in. She was so sweet and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. The place was clean, well set up. I recommend highly!!“

“Sally provides the best dog grooming service in the city. Reasonably priced, thorough yet efficient, very flexible and accommodating with appointment times. Would not considering going anywhere else. We live in Florida but wait until we're home visiting family or summer time to get dogs groomed.“

“We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great.

The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day.
