“I found this secret gem on Google! I read the reviews and gave them a call! Shelly surprised me and scheduled with me for the same day and that was super exciting because I didn't expect that. She gave me the run down of everything our boy Tito would receive we agreed on it all! she quoted me 2 hours and she was actually done sooner and our boy is a big boy which means he must've liked Shelly! I was very pleased with with the way tito came out looking and smelling!! Absolutely amazing.You could tell that he was happy, which makes me happy!! The location is very convenient.There is parking all around and the inside looked amazing very clean and cozy! I will one hundred percent be recommending to all of my fur friends! “Honestly my one dog is so bad at getting his nails cut that other groomers have said sorry we can’t get to his nails he didn’t let us. Theresa, the owner, has never said that. She makes sure she gets them cut and my dog listens to her. She also doesn’t make him bleed like you would think since he is so bad with it. She somehow makes him stay still. Literally thank god for her because without her I wouldn’t have anyone who would cut my dog pacos nails.“

I always feel comfortable knowing my dog is there because they’re constantly watching and paying attention to the dogs.

“With two dogs that are adverse to grooming, we could not have found a better groomer.
They don't tell us everything the dogs did to be troublesome like other groomers have done, they understand the dogs issue and tell you how they accommodated it and worked around it to still do an amzing job. “My Dog Fenmore absolutely loves going to play at Woofles! We have been taking him there pretty much since they opened. He is treated like one of their own by everyone. We also board him there as well, while we are on vacation. The daily videos are an add touch of love when you are away and missing your pup. Mrs. Beth absolutely adores every dog that walks through her door. The barkery is a great place to get my Fen his treats he absolutely love the jerky! This is a 4 star resort very affordable, great location and truly dedicated to giving your pet the best experience ever!“

Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I was contacted to make sure my dog was improving. I always leave there feeling relieved and know my pet is in good hands.“

“We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great.

The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day.
