Right off the bat, they use sub-contractors for all of the work. Got a roof and gutters installed at the beginning of April. Fast install and a decent roof. Lack of sealant used around vents. Also, found several nail heads exposed along the ridge. As for the gutters, they look great, but they installed the downspouts at the opposite ends of where they originally were. They ran the front out into the middle of the front yard. Had them come back out and move them to theyre original locations. Had them come back out again to fix leaks in one of the downspouts. Overall, a decent job, but expected better for the price.

Danny Larkin and his Team of guys did a thorough inspection, gave an honest recommendation on what would be the best way to address the our needs. Dave and Carlos were wonderful in site preparation. Surrounded house with protective materials to protect the landscaping. They showed up at 6:30 AM to prep, by 7:30 they were removing the old roof. After lunch they were finishing up the membrane and then the shingles started going up. Most of the house was shingled by 6:30. I really liked the real supervisor I can’t remember her name unfortunately but she was on the call making sure the guys were not making a big mess.
