“Visited shop to see about replacing an old front door lock that had become difficult - having to jiggle the key a few times to engage the lock. Showed them photos and the they recommended instead pulling the lock cylinder and bringing it in to be repaired. Walked me through the cylinder removal process [and later over the phone when I ran into a problem], brought it in and they fixed it same day. So instead of paying potentially hundreds of $$ for a new lock, it cost $21, plus $30 for some new keys.
They were quite helpful - and patient - throughout.
