Had my door lock break on me, gave Kingstone a call early in the morning and they had someone come over in an hour. They let me know how the lock broke and how to lower the chances of it breaking the same way in the future which i appreciated. It cost about $300 with a little over half of that cost being the new lock replacement, they gave me the option of a cheaper one but opted for the nicer one and i like that they had the option! The process was very fast and now my door works better than before the lock broke. Will be coming to them again in the future!

Changed out the original lock he put in because it wasn’t easy enough to turn for me. Upgraded the lock at no extra charge because he had quoted me a price. Just tremendous!!!
