Mike and his apprentice Jack helped me out with a mortise lock job. Rekeyed it and converted the inside to a thumb turn from the original keyed mechanism.

Jack was polite and helpful on the phone, and Mike called back asking for pictures to decide whether he could fix the problem. They arrived on time and were efficient in completing the job.

Guys in there pretty much have everything do everything did an outstanding job on my keys.. Very knowledgeable.. rare vintage they probably have it not too many of these companies around like this at all! Thank you again

Mike a Della Polla helped us get a replacement key fob for our Acura. The price was very reasonable, much more so than what the dealer quoted us. He was able to reprogram the new key to our car in less than 15 minutes. Great service and a fair price, thanks Mike!
