I brought in a top bar for a car with the key broken off deep inside the lock. After Mike had initially examined it I thought it would be hopeless, but he persisted, using every technique in his tool box, and an hour later, victory! I had no idea what an hour’s work would cost me, but I was prepared to pay him in gold for his patience and skill - when he told me it was $30, you could have knocked me down with a feather! I have also taken tools in to be sharpened and he has done a great job, but getting that broken key out was amazing! A lesser locksmith would have given up I’m sure!

I had a nice chip in the blade of my favorite chef knife. I brought it into Della Polla, half expecting them to tell me there was nothing they could do. A replacement was going to cost me $250. They told me they could grind it out. I dropped it off on Tuesday. By Wednesday, I got the call it was done. They let me know that there was an additional charge because they had to do more grinding to get past the chip. $7 total. The knife is as sharp as the day I bought it. I'll definitely be bringing my knives here as needed.
