I needed to get my locks changed when I got a restraining order on someone. This company gave the defendant the new keys to my home. I called in an emergency and paid double ($334) AND THEY DID IT A SECOND TIME! Beware! It it wasn't for the Women's Center's help, I wouldn't be here today.
A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I had my LOCKS CHANGED because I had a RESTRAINING ORDER on a lunatic and I told them this! I paid DOUBLE because of an “emergency “ fee because my life was in danger. I still can’t BELIEVE THEY PROVIDED COPIES OF THE NEW KEY TO THE CRIMINAL I WAS TRYING TO LOCK OUT!!! My life has been completely DESTROYED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.
