We were locked out of our high security door and called at around 10:30 at night with 2 kids in the car. They got to us in about 10 minutes and had the door open in about 10 minutes. They didn’t damage the door and were very professional. I highly recommend this company.

So happy to recommend this service. Steve was awesome to work with- punctual, very friendly, efficient and helpful. He made sure the job was done correctly and left my locks in way better shape then when he arrived. A++ service!!

Very quick response time, Steve arrived and diagnosed the issue with my back door lock and solved the problem in a very innovative manner within 15 minutes! I am very pleased with Jefferson lock and Steve!!
