Jim Greene (Manager), Michael Booker and Monte Harris (Sales), Terrance and Zaki (Techs) are an awesome team. They helped me eliminate a serious rodent problem last year which has been totally resolved. They are all very client focused, kind and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Update: Terminix contacted me after reading my review and apologized for dropping the ball on my critter situation. The sent a professional exterminator who inspected the house inside and out and taught us how the critter may have entered the house. This is a fin example of better customer service. They came in person to make it right. Fortunately I can DIY all the holes the critter used to get access to my home. Thank you Terminix for making it right.I heard a critter stuck in the wall Wednesday and called Terminix Thursday morning. Update: Terminix called after seeing my review and apologized for dropping the ball on my critter situation. They sent an inspector to my house to see how the critter got into the house in the first place. The inspector showed me other areas critters could enter my home and he too apologized for the less than stellar response. This was a great example of how to make best efforts after a customer service disaster. I hope Terminix continues to give good service and remembers to practice great customer service.Technician was a no show to remove a critter from my wall.
