“Jon and his crew are wonderful. He helped me select trees for my backyard, transplanted a fir tree for me, and when he was here, I asked for his help removing 3 dead lavender plants. He removed the dead plants for FREE AND gave me a discount on the tree installation, because it took less time than he predicted. Very professional and helpful. The bushes he picked out for me are beautiful.“

“The service for protecting my home from pests and responding to and solving any such problem has been excellent over all the years that I have had them.
However, the company's SCHEDULING SYSTEM is an abomination. The old system of having one's next service scheduled by the technician when completing the current service served the CUSTOMER well as well as the technicians/company had their information. In the current system the notice of service visit ranges from hours before , causing the CUSTOMER to scramble to juggle their personal agenda to no notice at all. This was the case with today's service. It was a complete surprise!!! Fortunately , we had arrived back home 5 minutes before he arrived. Otherwise it would have been wasted time and money for all involved.“

“I have 4 Sugar Maple trees. I noticed sawdust and ants around the bottom of the trees.
I called Swat Pest Control.
They responded right away and came out and sprayed the trees.
2 days later there was no ant activity at all.
