Matt from 7 Sons HVAC has been great to work with. Last year, he came out when my AC wasn’t cooling properly and took the time to show me what was going on. The outdoor unit had a lot of grass and dirt built up inside, and he showed me how to clean it properly. He also recharged the system with refrigerant and added leak detector so we could track down the problem if it came back.
This spring, when I realized the AC wasn’t cooling again, I called him back out. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. We've called for service during seasons where we needed our air conditioning, and heating fixed (as you do), and Matt has handled both. He's warm, friendly, and does a great job. He even offers tips on how to keep your house smelling nice, and how to keep your air clean! I highly recommend!
A family out of AC for a week in such hot weather, likelihood of you meeting an ‘opportunistic’ service provider. But these guys are absolutely opposite. They ask you many questions before visiting you to rule out some basic issues. They fixed my problem on a call without charging a dime.
