“Had Comfort & Sons out for emergency service on 7/4. When I asked what the emergency rate was they advised it’s no different than their normal rate. I was amazed they weren’t trying to charge more since it was a holiday and on the weekend! They already had me sold there. During their review they advised me the motor was blown and won’t know what is wrong until they can get the motor going again. We discussed replacing my unit due to it being 10 years old. I was amazed they came back the next day replaced the unit. They came Sunday morning at 8:30am and everything was done within a few hours. The price was reasonable, the workers were polite and we are happy campers again knowing our unit will be taking care of going forward by Comfort & Sons.“
