“For 15 years, Roger and a few others have been servicing our propane heating and ac units. Both honest and reliable, Thomas Inc is an authorized Trane dealer and service provider. About every 2-3 years, we have our 1st and 2nd floor units serviced with only one emergency call. Unlike some, these guys only fix what is necessary with more than fair pricing.”
“Juan saved me from having to do an extremely unpleasant job and was able to discover the real source of the problem. Highly recommend this company.”
“Service has been excellent! Being a preferred customer, they responded immediately to a potentially major issue. Logan, their service person, was very personable, friendly, and thoughtful, performing his services thoroughly and professionally. Greatly appreciated the outcome of his visit. We feel very comfortable and assured with their services. Thank you Allison's!”
