“I've been a fan of Czapp's for many years. We had an issue in the middle of the night during a snow storm years ago, and after calling around, they were the only ones willing to come out and help us. When we needed a new AC unit, we called around again, and they came in as the best bid, and we had a great experience with them again. Recently, we moved to a new house that needed a full replacement of the 20+ year old HVAC system. This included switching from oil heat to natural gas. Again, we knew Czapp would be able to help. We planned it all out to take place in the fall, and of course, in July our AC stopped working. Lester and team came right out and assessed the issue and fixed it but kept to our plan and budget. When fall arrived, they ordered our system and were quick to get the installation scheduled. They were courteous, respectful of the house and property, and went above and beyond. I am unbelievably grateful to Lester, Paul, and the team for always being there for us. We would never go anywhere else and always recommend to our family and friends.Services: HVAC system repair“

Initially diagnosed an issue with one of our mini split blower unit and quoted a price for that. When part came in and replaced it did not solve the issue. Ordered additional parts and came back and installed new part with no additional charges.“

“I woke up Christmas morning to no heat. I called Tom Thomas plumbing and got a call back in 10 minutes when they came and check out the issue it was a part he did not have in stock but he called around and was able to pull off a Christmas Miracle and got the part i needed, they had my heat back working before noon! I am very grateful and would definitely recommend as he was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service as he went above and beyond!“

He did an excellent job replacing our water heater, and was genuinely a pleasure to do business with. “Shortly after we moved into our new home in the middle of a cold snap, I inadvertently shorted out a fuse in our furnace. I don't recall why I was even messing with it, but we grabbed the first listing that came up and called them. It was Saturday night around 11. The technician called us from the road and suggested that it might be that blown fuse, but I don't really know anything about HVAC machinery and told him to come on out. It probably took him longer to walk from his truck to our front door than it did to diagnose and fix the problem - blown fuse!! At any rate he was a pleasant fellow - just wish I could recall his name - and we've had zero problems with the furnace ever since.“

“I had a water leak that opened up my ceiling. While it was open, I wanted PEX put in. I now have PEX from my basement through my open ceiling into my bathroom upstairs. They did a great job and explained the process. Will call again.“
