Czapp Mechanical

We had Czapp come to our home and install a new furnace and central air conditioning a little over a year ago. I've put off writing this because I wanted to see how that first year would go. I am very pleased. From the get go, the folks at Czapp were easy to work with, attentive, flexible, and very professional. The install took one day and they did it while we were on vacation. We did have one issue when we got back and Mr. Czapp came out that very evening to fix it. We've had no problems since. We are more than pleased with the work that was done and our new units. Our electricity bill has been cut in half since getting out AC unit. I'd give more than 5 stars if allowed.

Continued great service from Kurt, Lester and crew. Our AC unit failed in the hot summer weather and they came out quickly, loaned us a window unit so we could sleep, and installed a new heating and cooling system flawlessly. Also previously installed a new hot water heater and replaced our sump pump. Great company that we can always rely on for our plumbing & HVAC needs.

We have been loyal HVAC and plumbing customers of Czapp Mechanical for years. They have installed multiple systems for us over the generations and their repair technicians have always been incredibly prompt and reliable. However, they recently proved exactly what kind of rare, hometown company they truly are. Following a violent storm around the July 4th holiday, our property took a hit and we were left completely without power. Out of nowhere, the team from Czapp showed up at our house with a generator and a portable air conditioner to make sure we stayed safe and comfortable.
