Professionalism and customer service the way it should be!!! Contacted Obrien's about propane for a new fireplace insert. Prompt responses with accurate info thru the entire process. Easy to schedule the inspection\\estimate and install. On-time arrival with work completed as promised. Can't say how pleased i am to have found Obrien's.
The O’Brien’s team is amazing. Judy is always quick to call back, help you, and answer any questions you have - Don is very knowledgeable and they do things correctly, to code, etc. Very reliable company that goes above and beyond to help. Could not ask for a better service!
A very lovely lady took the time to answer my questions to help me understand options before I moved into my new home. If I do get to choose my provider, I would definitely not need to look any further as this kind of customer service is rare these days!
