I haven't had kittens in 20 years, and Dr. Bowers and her office were so patient with my many questions and wacky scheduling needs. I left feeling equipped with knowledge that I needed (she took time to show me exactly how to clip their nails), yet also reassured that I am doing the right things as a new pet parent.
