I've gone to see Jewels the massage therapist every time I've been here not only has she helped me with the muscle issues so fast I can't believe it , but she is a delight to deal with. I tend to develop shoulder/neck tension from too much computer time and also have hip/lower back tightness from running. He has gotten me fixed up on the table every time I've had a massage and has also given me effective stretches that I do at home to prevent tightness from developing.
