Stemwave treatment! I truly went there just to try anything for relief of my SI joint. I had been told I needed surgery by another doctor. But I am just not ready for that. When I did my first appointment, I purchased the 5 pack deal, by week number 4, I could actually walk from my car to the store without stopping. From the moment you arrive at the office you are greeted with an incredible staff, who are kind and welcoming. Your concerns are approached with patience and understanding. I was apprehensive for my first visit after having past unpleasant chiropractic care. however, these fears were immediately erased after being treated by Dr..Cutis Hollen! He took the time to listen to my current concerns and throughly explain his plan for care. After my first visit I felt immediate relief. I cannot recommend Dr. Hollen and the rest of the staff at Nittany Valley Chiropractic enough.

I had several massages from Jordan Reinke as part of regular maintenance and they were great with strong deep work that I loved. Then, I went in with a new shoulder issue from overuse playing daily pickleball and expected to tell Jordan to go easy on that shoulder area. Instead, to my amazement, he knew all the complex details of the shoulder area. And, to my relief, he explained that the rotator cuff was fine but I needed some work on the surrounding muscles, which he could name using terms I'd never heard before.
