Jennifer is perhaps the best , if not one the top 25 massage therapists in the state! (She's my go-to; she is by default #1) She is a courteous, kind and professional massage therapist. Please do experience her massage therapy at least one hundred times!

Best massage I have had. Jen is very skilled and knowledgeable. She gave me exercises to do to keep pain away so you can tell she really cares about her patients. I will definitely be returning to see Jen again.

I’ve had good therapists but none are at the level of Jen. Strong caring hands can go deep into your problem areas and hit them from multiple angles. Jen guides you through the session but stays quiet enough for you to relax and disconnect from your daily stresses. Therapy room is clean, comfortable temps with a heated table.

Jennifer began practicing massage therapy in 2005 following her graduation from the Baltimore School of Massage. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and strives to continually challenge and educate herself in a variety of modalities through continuing education classes, helping her to address her client’s needs and keep them functional for whatever they take on in their day to day life. Jennifer uses a range of modalities during her sessions including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and vacuum therapy. She also has experience as a trainer at State College Strength and Conditioning, acting as an integral part of the staff for 10 years.
