I highly recommend Alan at Rothrock Massage. His anatomy knowledge and experience with a wide range of issues has truly solved problems for me rather than just providing temporary relief. I tend to develop shoulder/neck tension from too much computer time and also have hip/lower back tightness from running. He has gotten me fixed up on the table every time I've had a massage and has also given me effective stretches that I do at home to prevent tightness from developing. Extremely professional and definitely knows what he's doing!
