I am so thankful for the help that I've received from Be Well, and, specifically, Laura Menefee, who created a functional medicine plan for me that dramatically increased my overall wellness. From nutrition plans to supplements and from fitness goals to stress management, Laura was able to do in a short time what my medical doctors couldn't for the last three years. The team at Be Well is awesome and knowledgable, too. It's easy to order and obtain supplements, have questions answered about them, and feel like you really matter. This was the most positive thing I did for my health, and I only wish that I started functional medicine sooner. They have my highest rating.

Through working with Danielle I have found what my body is able to tolerate and where it needs a little extra support. Testing really narrowed down where I was lacking and Danielle was able to pinpoint supplements and nutrition to get me where I needed to be. She listened to my goals and asked detailed questions. Heidi and Sam are a great help when scheduling and ordering supplements. BeWell and Associates supports the whole you.

Bone density Improvement!Two years ago my dexa scan showed that I was osteopenic. Since then I've worked with Caitlin and took her recommendations for dietary changes and supplements and started lifting weights.It's working! I just received the results of my scan and am thrilled to find out that my bone densities in both my spine and hips have improved and I'm no longer osteopenic. Yay!Thank you Caitlin and the BeWell Associates team for all of your knowledge and support!
