611 University Dr # 214, State College“Thankful for local acupuncturist! A few weeks I began acupuncture treatments for myself. I fell about 7 years ago and messed up my hip and back pretty bad. I have been managing it with PT and chiropractic care and massgaes but wanted to try something a little deeper. I recommend everyone give it a go!! I can actually move with more ease and can feel parts of my back/hip that I thought I would never feel again.
I have had 5 sessions and can feel my muscles relaxing and have increased motion and less pain. No pain pills required!! I was able to hike in the Rockies this spring break. Something I never thought I would do. I can’t wait to see the difference in a few more months.
If you have been living in pain.. sore, tightness, inability to do things.. check Eric Tither out Nittany Valley Chiropractic and Wellness Center
Looking forward to more movement and living life to it’s fullest!“

253 Easterly Pkwy Suite 207, State College“At Be Well it was the first time in my medical history a professional listened to my entire history holistically and helped me tackle my issues from a perspective that actually worked. This was without more medications thrown at me but on a deeper level knowing something else was inherently wrong and knowing they could help. Thank you Dr Laura, this is a great alternative to continually having issues and non-answers from the traditional medical
field!“

431 E Beaver Ave, State College“Had our very first couples therapy today and it was awesome. Both my husband and I have very demanding jobs so this was overdue. Both Meredith and Thea were extremely professional, kind and made the whole process very comfortable. The room was perfect, dim lighting and soft music. It was quiet and relaxing. They will adjust after starting, anything you need. We will definitely be scheduling again and making self care a priority from here on out!!! Highly recommended!“

3943 S Atherton St Building 1 Suite B, State College“I highly recommend Alan at Rothrock Massage. His anatomy knowledge and experience with a wide range of issues has truly solved problems for me rather than just providing temporary relief. I tend to develop shoulder/neck tension from too much computer time and also have hip/lower back tightness from running. He has gotten me fixed up on the table every time I've had a massage and has also given me effective stretches that I do at home to prevent tightness from developing. Extremely professional and definitely knows what he's doing!“

She has even given me advice for additional care elsewhere, like recommending to back to physical therapy and to follow up with my doctor about different things, which just shows how much she truly cares are her patients. I’ll be a long time patient for sure.“
