“Wonderful yoga studio! The outdoor classes are a really great experience, and its awesome to have a full weekly schedule of outdoor classes instead of just an occasional pop-up. The classes are good for all levels - I started with fairly limited prior experience with yoga and never felt like I couldn't keep up or follow the instructors. Plenty of modifications are provided, and poses build so you can stop at whatever "level" you're comfortable. Others in the classes are definitely far more experienced, so I think all levels would be appropriately challenged. Ang and Sherrie are great instructors!“

“In the afternoon during the work week, the staff likes to play the music somewhat loud, so you are forced to listen to whatever is on at the gym, and it's harder to hear your own. During the weekends, the music is not as loud. The gym is fairly clean all the time.“
