I called Tom Thomas plumbing and got a call back in 10 minutes when they came and check out the issue it was a part he did not have in stock but he called around and was able to pull off a Christmas Miracle and got the part i needed, they had my heat back working before noon! I am very grateful and would definitely recommend as he was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service as he went above and beyond!“

He told me it would need to be replaced but that they were swamped and more than likely would not be able to replace it until the following Monday or Tuesday. Which was completely understandable. Though with the cold temperatures coming up this weekend we were afraid my pipes would freeze. He told me he will call his boss and see what he could do. He was able to fit me in friday morning only 4 days after they first come out.
