“Andy came out Monday afternoon to assess my furnace that had stopped working the Thursday prior. He told me it would need to be replaced but that they were swamped and more than likely would not be able to replace it until the following Monday or Tuesday. Which was completely understandable. Though with the cold temperatures coming up this weekend we were afraid my pipes would freeze. He told me he will call his boss and see what he could do. He was able to fit me in friday morning only 4 days after they first come out. Not only was this service fast, they communicated through the entire process and worked in the freezing cold temperatures, wind chill etc. this morning to make sure my babies and I had heat tonight. I truly am so thankful to Andy and the whole team at Lokutas plumbing! So selfless. They truly have no idea how much their service meant to me. I will never forget their kindness.
