It’s no surprise Willis Ide & Sons has a five-star Google rating—they are fantastic! Here’s my story…

I originally purchased an RO water system from another plumbing and heating company. They did attempt to install it, but it ended up being a complete disaster—it made a horrible noise and even flooded our kitchen.

At the recommendation of the plumbing and heating supplier EPSCO, where I purchased the RO faucet for the sysem, I reached out to Willis Ide & Sons—specifically Doug Ide—and that turned out to be one of the best suggestions I’ve received in a long time.

They were reliable, showed up when they said they would, and finished in a timely manner. Their prices are fair and comparable. They did a great job, I will definitely be using them in the future.

I ran over my well cap cause I'm an idiot. Guys came out in the middle of winter to dig it up and fix the furpco coupling. Quick, efficient and have excellent customer service. Will use again.
