Poor customer service. Miserable guys working the counter. They only want to work with their biggest contractors in the area. Drive the extra distance and go to Chapman Supply or EPSCO.

I have been buying form RJ Walker for over 20 years. First as a contractor and now as a homeowner. Always helpful with all sorts of problems or ideas. Over the years i have purchased over 15 boilers and furnaces for my buildings and home from them. I also bought tubs, sinks, toilets, faucets and all the parts necessary to install them. They were always helpful figuring sizes and brands. Delivery was fast and careful, never damaged anything when taking boilers or water heaters into the basements. Returning unused parts is never a problem. I highly recommend them.
