Customers commend Nick Phillips for his excellent plumbing work on complex plumbing problems, noting his neatness, clear explanations, and fair pricing. Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning is recognized as a nearly perfect five-star business, with great staff and a strong commitment to quality service. Customers highly recommend this company for all heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs. Customers find them amazing. When their air conditioning went out on a 90 degree day, they came immediately to fix it and went out of their way to make it happen, even though it was pretty complicated. They are part of a maintenance program and are glad they are. For an estimate on a full HVAC install, Jim was thorough and kind, patiently explaining above and beyond the process. The gentlemen who installed were also kind, efficient, and helpful, taking the time to explain and answer questions and leaving the basement clean and pristine. Every tech who has performed annual tune ups has been knowledgeable and kind. Wes and Ethan arrived for a cleaning of a split unit, were friendly, and took time to let a dog get comfortable with them. They respected the home and were polite. The split unit is now super efficient and the 3rd floor is like the North Pole, exactly what is wanted for hot summer nights. They recommended Phillips to a friend who had received several pricey quotes from other companies, and Phillips found a more efficient solution at a fraction of the cost. Mary Ann is an awesome, knowledgeable, and thorough technician. They would highly recommend her and Phillips for Heating, AC, and Plumbing needs. They are very reasonably priced too.
John installed a power outlet on our boiler so we can use a battery backup unit in case the power goes out. Also Nick has been helpful with some plumbing work in the past. Solid folks, honest service, know what they're doing, helpful explaining things, easy to work with!
Phillips did a fantastic job with my new furnace and ac and waterheater. Dave and Nate were great. Just quit messing around and let Phillips handle a job like this for you. 10 of 10 would use again!
Phillips has ALWAYS been dependable with excellent service. Technician Eric was very polite, clean, and kept this customer informed to the service he provided.
