“I had my front door handle serviced and our technician. Buddy, was great! He not only adjusted our door handle but also adjusted our 3-lock mechanism for an easier lock. Prior to the adjustment, my mom had an issue putting the handle in the final lock phase. Now, you can literally lock it with two fingers. Mom and wife will be pleased! Thanks Buddy!“

“We just had a new shower installed yesterday. It all started with our consultant, Alex B. She arrived at the scheduled time, was very informative, and answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We scheduled the install and Steve A., our lead installed and his installer, Nick C., also arrived within the assigned time. Steve explained the process and kept us mindful that he was installing our shower according to our preferences. Nick C. was so personable and such a hard worker. We did have a tiny issue that happened. When Steve A. was putting the access cover to our shut off valve back on,a little plastic clip broke. He came to me immediately to let me know. He had already contacted Steven Z., his Supervisor, and he was on his way here, which was quite a drive, to deliver a new cover! We had painted the original cover to match the wall. Before they left, Steve A. asked me for the card I had with the paint information on it. He wanted so he could get the paint! The shower turned out beautifully. We are very pleased. “I recently had the exterior of my house completely redone. I chose Carranza because they had done 2 previous projects at my house and was completely satisfied. The house looks like a new house and we've received several compliments.

Because of the work being done there were some things that needed to be done with plumbing. The plumber who came was terrific. Did a great job! (Santos Mechanical). Part of the project was a new front window. The carpenters who came to complete the inside were terrific also. It looks great and they left the place immaculate.
