“We were in the process of selling our home when we ran into some issues with the stucco inspection. We contacted a handful of stucco remediation contractors in the area. Our neighbor had recommended Reaction Exteriors, whom they had used several years earlier to solve their stucco issues. Gary D came out to look at the job and speak to me about what he thought was needed from both a repair and a replacement standpoint. We talked through the pros and cons, and I appreciated his candor and professionalism. We opted to go with a complete replacement of the stucco with stone and Hardie board siding in order to maximize the value of the home. Our next concern was timing.
