Spring House was a great experience for us. The sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were neat and did a fine job. Overall, we are very happy with Spring House and our new sliding patio door.
A great place for replacement windows and doors
We recently purchased a 4 year old townhouse and the sliding patio was always difficult to lock. I was able to find the manufacturer (MI) which led me to Springhouse’s website. I described the problem to Michelle who suggested that it could still be under warranty. We scheduled the service call to evaluate the situation. Galen came out and he couldn’t be nicer. A couple of tweaks and he was on his way. He was the best. In this day and age it was refreshing to find such a quality organization who sincerely cared about making it right.
