This would have originally been a 3 star review due to the technician showing up 90 minutes without even a call, however after contacting the main office and lodging a complaint, the matter was rectified in less than a few hours. Other companies were just going to throw a solution together. First call they gave me the name of an engineer to spec out repairs you can rely on to fully fix the issue. “They installed my new roof two years ago. We had them add some additional venting for the bathroom and fix some old repairs around the chimney. The whole process was seamless.
