Hector and his team were great. He kept me in the loop and sent photos of their progress, was very responsive, and the initial contract and purchase process was very easy and thorough. John explained everything in detail and his inspection gave us confidence when we signed the contract.
I had been getting water in my basement and have had several people out to provide estimates to determine and remedy the problem (estimates as high as $40k for drain!). John was the only one that brought out a ladder and confirmed the issue was a clogged downspout. He was able to declog the downspout completely and did not charge me. I did not think this type of customer service existed anymore. Note that Rutter had replaced my roof before and did a great job.
