The representative was thorough and helpful in decision-making. The installation process of a replacement sliding door went smoothly with great care taken to keep the warmth in the house and the dust out.

Johnathan S came out right time. I didn’t have to wait all day. I thought was a simple fix. He has to order two new panels. All under warranty. I hope he will be the one to install them! Glad they called for a follow up.

Had a small issue with the kitchen window locking. Chris Moeller the Service Tech arrived and fixed the issue within 2minutes. He was knowledgeable and personable. A definite asset to Renewal by Andersen. Thank you for the quick response.
