“I had my first appointment here for my cat today. Every member of staff was so kind and took genuine care in treating my kitty. I have been to many vets in Philly, and never experienced this level of attention at a reasonable price. Thanks to Dr. Laura Hultzapple and all staff here!”
“Very polite and friendly staff. I had made an appointment for my toy poodle to be groomed. She is a senior dog and have become quite aggressive when it came time to cut her.
She was at the point where she wouldn’t even let me brush her at home. I discussed with the staff at the facility about her aggression and the possibility of her being able to Be groomed the staff was very informative and very knowledgeable with senior dogs and aggression. They said they would do everything to make the experience comfortable for her and if she became too agitated, they could do a cut under mild sedation that was great. In conclusion, my toy poodle got cut wash, trimmed nails, clipped all without sedation all because of her groomer Joshua he was excellent, very professional very caring. I have nothing but good things to say about this place before I left. I made sure I made another appointment for my little Minky to be seen again by Josha”
“Took my long haired Cat here for a full bath, nail, ear, brush out and sanitary trim. He came back smelling amazing, so happy, and so well groomed and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend Brittany enough to take amazing care of your kitty (coming from a overprotective cat parent). 10/10 experience, will be back!”
