I just established care with them for my cat and the appointment could not have gone better. She can be nervous and spicy with strangers and her visit required some procedures done in the exam room. The technician and the vet did an amazing job gently but firmly and confidently handling her so that she and they were kept safe. They were up front about pricing, answered all of my questions, and came up with a treatment plan I feel good about. The office staff were also so kind. I am so relieved to have found this great office and will be back for regular care for my cat.
After a less than ideal experience with a vet at this practice, I was hesitant to return. However Michaela and Dr Harris have been so incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable it’s really turned around my entire perspective. I feel so grateful we decided to give it another chance. With a nervous cat there is nothing more reassuring than someone as lovely as Michaela. A vet experience can be so stressful but it’s so wonderful knowing Michaela is taking care of our cat as if he was her own. Thank you to Michaela and Dr Harris for everything they have done for Weston 🐈
Would absolutely recommend Dr. Harris and our favorite vet tech Michaela. Our old boy is not great with high stress situations, but his thyroid issues require us to make frequent visits. We never feel rushed and Michaela’s calm, sweet bedside manner puts our cat (and us) at ease.
