Leaving this review because we are previous clients of The Pet Mechanic (we only switched vets because we moved house and I don't have a car to get to Fishtown) and we miss them dearly! Our experience with our new vet does not compare to our experiences with The Pet Mechanic. Excellent pet care and transparency from all staff and I was always able to get my pets booked in to be seen within a reasonable timeframe. Wish we could switch back to them!
The staff here is so kind and you can tell they all genuinely care about the animals. Finding out my
senior cat had cancer and having to make the decision to put him down was so incredibly hard but Dr Foley and the staff were so supportive and empathic throughout the entire process. They made his passing so peaceful and i’m forever so grateful for that!
I will never take my little ones anywhere else.
