“Update! I was contacted by the company and had a wonderful chat with one of their representatives. We have come to a mutual agreement and I have to say , they really want their customers to be satisfied. Will be returning to their offices .

I just didn't have a good initial experience on the phone. I responded to an instagram offer and when I was contacted by phone , it was never explained to me that this procedure would only provide a very subtle change, would need to be a series of 4 treatments ($250 each) and that it would need to then be maintained every 3 months. I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of money on what will likely not be much of a difference and it would have been helpful if it had been better explained before I came in for the treatment. Had I been informed of a better option (Ultherapy?) i may have chosen that route. I’m left wondering if I wasted $300 on something that is not going to be very effective.
I also never received a proper receipt upon initial payment. The receipt for the $50 deposit has a name and address of a Spa in Tennessee. I told that to the woman I first spoke to and she promised to have it corrected but I never received a new receipt. So that is why my review is a 3. My experience with the actual provider (Candace) was fine - she is a lovely person But I would like to have been told the truth about this procedure before I came in for the treatment.“

“From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Damian, who was very professional, kind, and welcoming. His customer service and friendly energy made a great first impression for my first visit.

I then discussed the IV infusion I wanted along with add-ons, and RN Kayla immediately answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Both Damian and Kayla were extremely attentive and reassuring throughout the entire experience.

Kayla was very gentle, calm, and precise. She was able to find my vein with no issue, which I really appreciated since I’ve been told I have smaller veins. The IV process was smooth, quick, and seamless, and I had no bruising afterward, which was great. She made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free.

The space itself is also very relaxing, clean, and cozy, with beautiful tall windows and a nice city view that adds to the calming atmosphere.

“Dr. Claytor’s vision, technical skill, and judgment are exceptional. From consultation through surgery, I felt confident in his understanding of both my aesthetic goals and the underlying anatomy, and I am very happy with my results. His work reflects precision, restraint, and experience.

His staff was consistently kind, patient, and responsive, with excellent follow-through. I felt supported and well cared for at every stage.

For context, I chose tumescent local anesthesia and felt prepared for it. I managed it, and for many people it may be entirely tolerable, though it was more intense than I expected and left a bigger impression than anticipated. I do not regret choosing local anesthesia.

What surprised me most was the middle phase of recovery. While I was up and moving within a couple of weeks, I did not fully appreciate how much adjustment can occur as nerves begin coming back online. Recovery is not linear, and some evolving sensations are part of the healing process.

None of this detracts from my confidence in Dr. Claytor. I would absolutely choose him again and recommend him highly. This is a five-star experience.“

I also got a gel manicure— the manicure experience itself was great and the end result looked good but it started chipping/peeling within the first few days.“

She did my temples, cheeks, lips, pyriform, and chin with versa and voluma. plus i got my masseters toxed bc i clench my jaw like crazy. the overall vibe was laid back and welcoming while being extremely professional. i highly suggest you go to enigma on locust street for your next filler or tox appointment. i’ve been going there for over 4 years and i haven’t went anywhere else bc they are amazing yet affordable. plus they will work with your budget to get you the results you want!“
