“From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Damian, who was very professional, kind, and welcoming. His customer service and friendly energy made a great first impression for my first visit.

I then discussed the IV infusion I wanted along with add-ons, and RN Kayla immediately answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Both Damian and Kayla were extremely attentive and reassuring throughout the entire experience.

Kayla was very gentle, calm, and precise. She was able to find my vein with no issue, which I really appreciated since I’ve been told I have smaller veins.
