I can't imagine there being a better personal trainer in Philadelphia. Gian is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and living an overall healthier lifestyle. His workouts are incredibly balanced - difficult without being over-strenuous and perfectly paced. He maximizes every workout and you'll find yourself gaining balance, strength, and endurance in no time. All this while bringing constant encouragement and distracting you with a wide variety of fun conversations. If you're looking for an expert on health and fitness, as well as someone simply enjoyable to be around, Gian is definitely your guy. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I have benefitted in so many ways from the personal training I've been doing with Gian for two plus years now, and am extremely fortunate to have discovered such a well informed, highly skilled, and wonderfully encouraging person. My own experiences over the years with physical therapy, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Alexander technique, as well as being a student of Qigong for more than 20 years, have certainly informed me about wellness and body mechanics. It was clear to me from my first session with Gian that his philosophy of training and knowledge of fitness, anatomy and physiology all fit so well with my efforts to maintain fitness and strength. I could go on and on! I value how much Gian has taught me, how he has helped me remain optimistic and committed to functioning with as much physical ability as I can. I definitely always feel better after working out with him for that hour. Oh, and wow, he cares so much about helping me. Thank you so much, Gian.
