They got back to me quickly after leaving a message which is already a hundred times better than almost every other plumber I called. They came and assessed what I needed and gave me a reasonable time frame of getting it done It wasn't 6 months out. It wasn't a crazy expensive for them just to show up and look like other plumbers. Not only did they come and put in the tankless water heater in less time they thought it would take, They even filled my boiler! Everyone was so friendly and helpful during the entire process. Even the dog loved them! When it's time for projects around the house whether it's hoping to for upgrades, fixes or emergencies we know who we will be calling!!“

“We have an R-22 older air handler and condenser fan. It failed and in the middle of summer we had no AC. We called Pica while we were on vacation. Before Pica, we had called several other companies. Everyone had said that if you fix the problem it may not last more than a month. As of this post, the repair work has held. Thank you Coudy (if spelled correctly) and the Pica team. “We were out of heat last year and we’re starting this winter without heat. I called several heating companies to come service our air conditioner snd heating unit with no success. They told me either they didn’t service my area or that they would come and I never heard from them again. Joe said he would come and he did. He worked diligently on my heater because there were multiple things wrong with it. He worked in my attic in the freezing cold to give us heat. Can’t say enough good things about him.“
