“We bought a house about a year ago, and started having issues with our hydronic heating system almost immediately. After months of having different plumbers come out, I was finally pointed in the direction of Keating Brothers. They came to my home, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. They got us through until spring with our existing system, and at that point, we decided to take their advice and replace it with an on-demand Rinnai unit. Now that we are experiencing cooler weather again, I must say that investing in this unit is one of the best purchases ive made in my life so far. We now keep our thermostats at 66°, and it feels warmer than last season when we had the house set to 68. Also, these guys 100% stand behind their work. They’ve been back twice so far to make adjustments now that we are in cooler weather, and they’ve been happy to do so. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!“

“I’m glad I came across Rinker. It was a great experience from start to finish. I called for my Generac Generator, it wasn’t Turning on. From the receptionist being kind, polite and upfront with service cost to our technician Steve who was such a knowledgeable individual and really enjoys what he is doing. They checked my main electrical box, ground and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done correctly. After verifying everything was done up to code and manual specification, he began to diagnose the generator. He found the problem fairly quickly and knew exactly how to fix it. He explained everything thoroughly. He had all the tools in hand and fixed the problem within minutes. I’ve dealt with many companies before, and I could tell you - these people are properly trained and know what they are doing. In addition, you are dealing with a profesional company with profesional workers. 5 stars, will give them more business soon - would like by ductless system installed in the spring. Highly recommended !!!!“
