“I absolutely love this place! The first class I ever attended here was with Naina- she is absolutely amazing. I have never felt more relaxed and like all of the weight of the world was off my plate. Since that first class, I have had the privilege to take many other classes under different instructors, and every one of them has been uniquely phenomenal. The instructors all genuinely love sharing their practice with others’. I can truly say that yoga has become one of my favorite ways to relive stress, anxiety and distractions of the world, and I firmly believe that I wouldn’t be as far along in my practice if it weren’t for the amazing people here at the studio. I can’t wait to try out some of the new classes that were added and continue on my wellness journey here!!“

No crazy hot competitive yoga, just challenging classes for all levels of yogis. The instructors always provide options that allow you to either push yourself or dial it back. “Two years ago I started taking classes at MindBody + Barre. That turned out to be a great decision. Carla, the owner, offers many classes in addition to yoga and barre. You will see a variety of classes on the weekly schedule from meditation and restore classes to strength and dance classes. They’re all great!! The instructors are top notch, knowledgeable and really personable. They will take time to get to know you if you are new to the studio. The studio itself is a warm, relaxing environment in Hastings off of Mayview Rd. Give it a try!“

“I was never able to find an exercise program that I would stick with consistently until I found Club Pilates South Hills. Flexible classes & schedules, patient & fun instructors, no class is ever the same and easily modifiable movements that helped me build confidence and my skill level even through injury. The 50 minute classes provide much needed 'me time' that I find very meditative - once I get on the reformer, I block everything else out and focus only on the instructor's voice. Having never even attempted a plank when I started 3 years ago, they were quite a challenge for me and my 'weak arms' at first but with the support of the CP team, at 57 I can now plank with the best of them. One day after class Mari Jo commented on how strong I'd become. No one had ever said that to me before and I started tearing up. Then I realized, she's right, I am strong and I have CP to thank.“
