No yoga studio would characterize themselves as "competitive" but BOY HOWDY most of them are.That's why my Salt Power Yoga has been such a revelation for me for the last eight years. It's all love, no judgement. I love these classes, and the instructors are all reliably wonderful.

It's all love, no judgement. Every instructor is trained so well, and the cues are great, as is the music. It's my go-to!
