Service was done well and quickly, minimally impacting my day. Provider answered my questions and I did not feel rushed. I like that they were proactive in setting up a follow up appointment to see if there will need to me any additional work to be done.
The service from Terminex was excellent. They came to my home to give me an estimate on services needed and the gentleman could have really padded it, saying I needed everything under the sun to make as much money as possible, but he didn't. In fact he said things looked good and just recommended general maintenance to keep it that way. I greatly appreciated that. Judy, my technician, is polite, friendly, professional and thorough every service visit. She listens to my concerns and offers ideas and options. I appreciate having Judy return for each service visit as she knows my home and concerns and I am comfortable in her presence.
