Dan was stellar and fixed my GE dishwasher when it wouldn’t turn on saving me $500+ from needing to buy a new one.
I first called on Monday…he personally answered and patiently walked me through some things to try when I got home from work. He said if those didn’t work, call him first thing Tuesday morning. That’s what I did and he scheduled me for 12:30p same day. Showed up on time and was able to do a software update on the dishwasher (…who knew?!) that got it working like new again.
Highest recommendation; he will be my first call for any other appliance problems I might have.
While they were unable to help me (I have a warranty with Speed Queen, so said to go direct w/ them so didn't void warranty), the nice gentleman spent over 10 min on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot until I could get someone out here. I will ABSOLUTELY use them in the future.
I called to get a quote or someone come out for an error code with my Bosch dishwasher, and even though they do not service Bosch dishwashers, he helped troubleshoot the problem over the phone over a span of 20 minutes, and was able to get things up and running once again with no issues… All out of the kindness of his heart (no charge). If I ever have any appliance issues whatsoever moving forward, they will be my first phone call, and if this is the type of service I got for no payment, I can’t begin to imagine how wonderful the service would be if it required additional labor and payment… simply customer service which can’t be beat!
