“Our A/C unit stopped working tonight. As I was out getting a new filter, my wife contacted them at about 830 on a Sunday night. Someone answered the phone and gave a few suggestions. When I got home from the store I did everything they told me and it still wasn't working. Called them back and they said they would send someone out. This is the night before the extreme heat starts. Glenn arrived at our house by 915 and left by 945, fixing the issue. I am so grateful for this company and especially for Glenn. He was very kind, understanding, and the most professional.
