Millcreek installed the hot water heater in my new home. The home is three years old and I was having a problem with it. Millcreek came to the house and after contacting Bradford & White replaced the water heater the next day.
The new water heater was covered by a warranty.

Our A/C unit stopped working tonight. As I was out getting a new filter, my wife contacted them at about 830 on a Sunday night. Someone answered the phone and gave a few suggestions. When I got home from the store I did everything they told me and it still wasn't working. Called them back and they said they would send someone out. This is the night before the extreme heat starts. Glenn arrived at our house by 915 and left by 945, fixing the issue. I am so grateful for this company and especially for Glenn. He was very kind, understanding, and the most professional. Thank you!
Kountry Kraft installed a new formica countertop in my kitchen. Old stone house with uneven walls but they tailored top to fit perfectly. I was very happy with overall experience. A little Initial communication confusion, but we figured it out and they got it done in a very timely manner as a team. I have ridden and competed with this farm for twenty years, and will keep my horses here as long as I have them because there is truly nowhere better. Alexis Liskey, the owner of Trails End and adjoining Royal T Sporthorses, is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, training, and equine health and wellness.
Alexis helped me find and purchase my first horse several years ago, and without her guidance I would not have been able to do so. My mare had a few underlying health issues and was slightly underweight when I purchased her, but had started to look and feel better nearly immediately due to the quality of food, supplementation, access to turnout, and access to a quality veterinarian/chiropractor/etc while boarded at this facility. When I lost this horse last year, Alexis again helped me find my current horse and he is also thriving in her program. Of course the horse owner’s willingness to provide the care does play a role, but Alexis and her staff provide the support and guidance to those willing to produce happy and healthy horses.
I really would not be the rider or horseman I am today without Alexis and everyone at this farm, and cannot think of anything negative regarding Managment or this facility.
